The Halperin Law Center is proud to announce that one of our partners, Andrew Lucchetti, recently published an opinion article in The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association’s, The Journal.
The Journal is a quarterly published magazine by the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association that strives to educate and promote professionalism among trial attorneys.
The 30th volume of the publication focuses on ‘Suing the Unsuable’ and features multiple articles by accredited attorneys regarding discrimination, Qualified Immunity, and medical malpractice. Mr. Lucchetti’s opinion article discusses how the immunities of public officials, such as police officers, should be reconsidered, particularly when those individual’s actions violate someone’s rights.
